If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undelivered after multiple attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will notify you via email. You may request a reshipment of the package, and additional shipping costs will apply. If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of our notification, or if you choose not to request a reshipment, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued (excluding any original shipping costs).
